Blue-White M3 FLEXFLO Peristaltic Metering Pump 126 LPH

M3 is the 125 psi touchscreen peristaltic pump of the Blue-White FLEXFLO line, with a 10,000:1 speed range that spans 0.0007 to 126 litres per hour. It combines a 1/4 hp brushless DC motor, a Hastelloy-sensed tube failure system, NSF/ANSI 61 certification and industrial protocols in a NEMA 4X (IP66) aluminium and Noryl housing.

Wide-range peristaltic dosing with a 125 psi pressure rating

The M3 is designed for jobs where one pump must cover both trace and bulk dosing. Thirteen tube choices in Flex-A-Prene, Flex-A-Chem and Flex-A-Thane let the same pump head cover 0.0002 GPH at the low end (the ND tube) to 33.3 GPH with the NK tube. The NK and ND tubes hold the full 125 psi (8.6 bar); NGG and NEE hold 110 psi.

The 5 inch touchscreen supports English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese, a 6-digit password and a revolution count. Inputs cover 4-20 mA, pulse and frequency, and remote start/stop. Outputs are a 4-20 mA signal, frequency, a 250 V/6 A relay and alarms, with EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP and Profibus DP, and the pump includes flow verification (FVS) in the control matrix.

The model code is M3 [power cord] [connection] – [tube] [orientation], for example M3S24-SNDR. Connection S is a 3/8 in OD x 1/4 in ID tube compression fitting, M a 1/2 in male NPT, MB a 1/2 in male BSPT, and B (hose barb), C (1/2 to 3/4 in tri-clamp) and Q (quick disconnect) are available for the ND, NEE, NGG, NKL and G2G tubes only. Power-cord digit 4 is 115 V NEMA 5/15, 6 is 220 V CEE 7/VII, X no cord.

Use the NK tube when you want both a 33.3 GPH maximum and 125 psi; use the NKL tube for the same flow at only 30 psi. The datasheet ties each tube to a replacement roller assembly (A3-SND-R, A3-SNGG-R, A3-STH-R, A3-SGE-R).

Installation and operation notes

Mount the pump to a secure surface or the optional KIT-PSM HDPE wall bracket close to the injection point, keep suction and discharge tubing short and place a back-flow check valve and a pressure relief valve on the discharge. As with the other FLEXFLO pumps the manual recommends flooded suction where practical, with a shut-off valve for servicing.

Use the supplied M12 connectors or KIT-M12 cables for signals, keep them away from AC power wiring, and note the sheet limit of 30 ft suction lift at 0 psig.

The NSF/ANSI 61 listing makes the M3 relevant for dosing into drinking-water systems; always confirm the listing scope on the datasheet and your project specification before use.
