The Leybold 970202V is the NEO D 25: a two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a three-phase world motor, delivered filled with LVO 700 oil. Two pumping stages in series take it to a total pressure below 8 x 10-3 mbar without gas ballast, which is a decade better than the single-stage SOGEVAC B pumps, while the nominal speed stays at 28 m3/h (16.48 cfm) at 50 Hz and 34 m3/h (20.01 cfm) at 60 Hz.
