Streamlight Survivor Pivot ATEX Zone 0 Dual-Beam Right-Angle Light

Description

A Zone 0 right-angle light with a pivoting head and two beams

The Streamlight Survivor Pivot ATEX puts a 90-degree articulating head on the right-angle body. A cool-white spot LED reaches 369 m while a downward-angled flood beam lights the area underfoot, and the two can be used together for 325 lumens. The head can be pointed up, forward or down without the user changing how the light is carried.

The translucent push-button switch carries a battery status indicator and steps through the intensity modes. A heavy-duty clip with a built-in D-ring attaches to belts and harnesses, an optional removable magnet with 30 lb pull strength gives hands-free work on steel, and the charge cradle is shaped for one-handed removal.

Battery indicator and T-class

The switch boot shows a solid green for 5 seconds when the light is charged and ready, solid red when 45 minutes or less remain, and flashing red when 15 minutes or less remain. That signal is useful in a Zone 0 area, where changing a battery is not allowed.

T4 applies with Streamlight pack 90347, Duracell MN1500, Varta 4006 and Energizer EN91, and T3 with Streamlight pack 90340. Charge it in a non-hazardous area, as Streamlight’s instructions for its rechargeable lights require, and keep the magnet option, with its 30 lb pull, away from magnetically sensitive instruments.

Choosing the Pivot over the Survivor X

The Pivot weighs about 113 g more than the Survivor X (459 g against 346 g with Li-ion), but it is the only model in the range with a separate flood beam and an articulating head. It is the better choice for ladder work, tank cleaning and valve operation where light must be directed up, forward and down.

The information sheet continues on its reverse side with further item numbers, and the fact sheet names a 5-unit bank charger as an accessory; check both when ordering.

About brand

Streamlight is an American manufacturer of professional flashlights, headlamps, lanterns and scene lights. The business was set up in 1973 near Philadelphia by investor Harry French around a high-intensity light that grew out of a solar simulator built for NASA. Streamlight moved to its present 240,000 square foot headquarters and plant in Eagleville, Pennsylvania, in 2001.

Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier in Muscat. We list Streamlight hazardous-area and industrial lights for oil and gas, petrochemical and plant maintenance teams in Oman and the GCC.
