Tegera Dynamic Strength 7776 Impact and Cut D Winter Gloves
Description
Knuckle impact protection with cut level D in a waterproof lined glove
Tegera Dynamic Strength 7776 combines impact protection, cut protection and warmth. Ejendals describes it as an impact-reducing glove with full grain goatskin, a structured palm, a spandex back, cut resistance level D with CRF technology, a fleece lining, knuckle protection, a reinforced index finger, a high visibility colour and a waterproof build, for all-round work.
The EN 388 code ends in P, the impact protection mark, and ANSI/ISEA cut level A5 is also printed. The sheet lists oil and gas extraction as the industry of use and machine operating and construction as the areas, with cut risk, dark, cold, wet and harsh environments. It is a Category II glove in the Dynamic Strength collection and a medium-weight option for cold, wet, impact-prone work.

Reading the 7776 ratings honestly
The printed dexterity level is 1, the lowest on the scale, so this is not a glove for fine work; it trades dexterity for knuckle and cut protection. The EN 388 code 2X43DP gives abrasion 2, blade cut not tested, tear 4, puncture 3, cut level D by ISO 13997 and impact protection P.
EN 511 code 121 is read as convective cold 1, contact cold 2 and water penetration 1 (general code structure), so it is a cool-weather glove rather than a deep-cold one; for deep cold check the Tegera 9126. The pack is three pairs per bundle and 36 per carton, which suits small orders. Quote the article number with the size, for example 7776-9 for large, and state whether you need the full bundle quantity or a mixed size run for the crew, because a glove with a knuckle pad only protects when the pad sits over the knuckles, which depends on a correct fit.
Fit and use
The knuckle pad is intended for blunt contact with pipes, flanges and tools. It reduces the impact force and does not make the hand immune to crush injuries. Close the hook-and-loop strap so the pad sits over the knuckles, and replace the glove if the pad is cracked or the leather palm is cut.
The glove is waterproof, so do not wash it hot. Rinse it with lukewarm water, dry it naturally and keep the leather supple according to the care label.
Oil and gas, machine operation and construction
The only industry printed on the sheet is oil and gas extraction, with machine operating and construction as primary areas. That fits drilling floors, pipe handling and tool-heavy maintenance where knuckles meet steel. Use it where the cut risk is moderate, the hands are wet or cold, and a high-visibility colour helps supervisors see the hands during lifting operations.
Selection and care notes
Impact protection on the knuckles reduces injury from knocks, but it does not make the hand safe from crushing. Check the EN 388 code against the hazards, including the impact mark, and keep the glove clean so the high visibility colour remains effective. Replace it when the padding, goatskin or lining is damaged.
Information needed for a quotation
Send the full glove code, the size range, the quantity in pairs, the delivery location in Oman or the GCC and the hazards the glove must cover, so that the complete supply can be quoted together.
Documents and supply information
The manufacturer data sheet is attached to this page and should be read together with the project specification and the site risk assessment before a purchase is confirmed. Standards, performance levels and sizes are quoted as printed on that sheet. Lead time, stock position and certificates available with the shipment are confirmed in the quotation, and we supply to Oman and the wider GCC region for industrial, utility and construction projects.
Related items and documents

About brand
Tegera is the safety glove brand of Ejendals AB, a Swedish family company founded in 1949 by Valfrid Ejendal in Leksand, where Tegera gloves are still designed and developed. Ejendals began with work gloves for local mills and industry, and in 2008 it acquired the Finnish safety shoe maker behind the Jalas brand. The company is run by Marcus Ejendal, the founder's grandson.
Seven Star LLC lists Tegera gloves for welding, chemical handling, cut risk, cold weather and power-tool work, and supplies them to contractors and plant owners in Oman against the exact model number and size.

Ordering Tegera gloves: what we need
Send the model number, the size and the number of pairs. Ejendals article numbers add the size, for example 7788-9 for a large. For chemical gloves also give the substances, because the permeation results are printed for only a few test chemicals.
Facts checked against Ejendals' own history page and product catalogues, October 2026.
