Delta DIN Pro Series Single-Phase DIN Rail Power Supplies DRF-W1PBA

Description

Wide-input DIN rail power supplies with power boost

The Delta DIN Pro series is a range of single-phase DIN rail power supplies with a wide 85 to 305 VAC input (277 VAC continuous, 305 VAC for 60 seconds), described in the May 2026 flyer as the source of stability for demanding equipment. Key features are Power Boost capability up to 150 percent for 5 seconds (500 percent for 5 ms), built-in remote ON/OFF, a DC OK relay and LED indicator, conformal coating on the PCBA and full power up to 60 deg C.

The flyer lists an ambient operating range of -40 to 80 deg C, EMS immunity compliance to IEC 61000-4-6 at 20 Vrms, compliance with SEMI F47, and current sharing for parallel application (960 W in a 3+1 arrangement). Target applications are cobot arm, CDU, semiconductor and EV charger equipment.

When to choose DIN Pro

The wide AC range makes DIN Pro tolerant of weak or fluctuating supplies, and the 60 second 305 VAC allowance rides through brief overvoltage. Power Boost supports loads with high start-up current, such as motors, solenoids or capacitive loads, without oversizing the supply, and current sharing allows redundancy or extra power with parallel units.

Choose 12 V for sensors and small controls, 24 V for most industrial control, and 48 V for telecom and energy applications. Width scales with power, from 30 mm to 104.5 mm.

Selection notes

The three-phase alternative is the Delta DIN Eco series, which has the same rail form factor but a 340 to 575 VAC input. The industrial power supply leaflet published with these flyers is a multi-series overview and is not listed as a separate product. Confirm exact codes and options with the manufacturer; the flyer refers to the technical datasheet for options. Other power items are in the power module category.

About brand

Delta, founded in 1971 in Taiwan, is known on the factory floor for compact PLCs, drives and power supplies. Its DVP controllers are small PLCs often seen in machine panels. Seven Star LLC lists the Delta DVP04AD-S2 analog input module and the ESR-48/30D rectifier module, and sources Delta PLC modules and power parts for panel builders and maintenance teams in Oman and the GCC.

Delta PLC families and the DVP slim line

Delta's controller program runs from the DVP series through the modular AS series to the AH series. Inside the DVP series, the slim CPUs (among them DVP-SS2, SA2, SX2, SV2 and SE) take slim expansion modules on their right side. The DVP04AD-S2 is one of these: a four-channel analog input module for voltage or current signals, which the CPU reads with FROM and TO instructions.

Ordering Delta parts: what we need

For PLC modules, send the complete type from the side label, including the suffix, and the CPU model it will join. For a rectifier module, send the type, the DC output voltage and current, the AC input, and the model of the power shelf or system it plugs into.
