OMNI flow computer series listed here
Two generations are on this page. The OMNI 3000 and 6000 are the long-established series found in a great many metering stations; the 6000 is the larger chassis with more I/O capacity. The OMNI 4000 and 7000 are the current generation, with the 7000 as the larger unit, and both the 6000 and the 7000 are listed in the version with operator display.

Ordering an OMNI flow computer: what we need
An OMNI is defined by more than its model number. Send the model, the serial number, the firmware application and revision, and the list of I/O and communication modules fitted in the chassis. Add the number of meter runs, the meter type, the product measured and the supply voltage. With that we can check a replacement or a move to the newer series against OMNI documentation. Metering stations in the GCC usually need the configuration report as well.
Facts checked against OMNI Flow Computers' company profile and US trademark records, October 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
They are two generations of the same product idea. The 3000 and 6000 are the earlier series, with the 6000 offering more module slots. The 4000 and 7000 are the newer series, the 7000 being the larger. Moving from old to new involves hardware, I/O and configuration, so send the existing setup to have the path checked.
On the 3000 and 6000, OMNI firmware is issued in applications for different measurement tasks, such as liquid or gas and different meter types, and each has its own revisions. A replacement unit or CPU must carry the application your station is configured for. Read the application and revision from the unit and send them with the serial number.
The modules are plugged into the chassis and each is labeled with its type. The unit also reports its installed modules in the configuration report and on the display. Send that report or photos of the module labels, because the mix of analog, pulse, digital and serial modules determines what a replacement must contain.
No. Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier and is not a distributor or agent of OMNI Flow Computers. We source OMNI products through commercial channels, check the model, firmware and module list against the manufacturer's documentation, and provide the manufacturer's datasheet and the documents issued with the unit on request.
The model and serial number of the existing unit if there is one, firmware application and revision, module list, number of meter runs, meter types, product, required communication ports and protocols, and the supply voltage. For a new station include the metering standard named in your specification so the correct application is selected.
