perma PRO LINE Six-Outlet Grease Lubrication System
Description
Flexible grease lubrication for one to six points
perma PRO LINE is a battery-operated multi-point lubrication system for linear guides and similar points, from the same family as perma PRO C LINE, which takes an external 15 to 30 V supply at 120 mA. The discharge is adapted to the manufacturer specification, and quantity and relubrication interval can be set separately for each of six outlets.
The PRO LC is filled with 250 or 500 cm³ of grease. High pressure build-up allows remote mounting with grease lines of up to 5 metres per outlet. Applications range from linear components, screw drives and gear racks in machine tools to handling systems, robot axes, roller and sliding bearings, open gears and spindles.

PRO LINE or PRO C LINE
Select PRO LINE where there is no machine supply at the lubricator and PRO C LINE where 15 to 30 V is available. The flyer lists both with PRO LC grease cartridges of 250 and 500 cm³ and a six-outlet PRO MP-6 block. Work out each outlet quantity from the linear guide supplier lubrication data, then set the pause time per outlet. The display shows remaining discharge time and the LED shows function and errors, so inspection is quick. Because the outlets share one cartridge, keep all connected points on the same grease.
Setting up
Set values by push button, purge each point with fresh grease before starting, and use additional discharges during pause times if a point needs more.
