LAR analyzer spare parts listed here

Four of the listed items are parts for the UV persulfate oxidation analyzer type, the QuickTOCuv: a glass reactor for the UV method (501-40-000106, formerly 501-04-000021), a low-pressure 15 W ozone-free UV emitter (501-40-000159), a five-channel peristaltic pump (501-40-000215) and a gas drying tube for the carrier gas path (501-08-000045). All of them are wear or consumable parts replaced during routine upkeep.

Ordering LAR parts: what we need

Send the LAR part number in the 501-xx-xxxxxx format, and the old number as well if your manual shows one. Add the analyzer type and serial number from the type plate, because the QuickTOCuv, QuickTOCultra and other models use different reactors, pumps and tubing. A photo of the old part and the manual’s spare parts page speed up the check. We supply these parts to water, power and petrochemical sites across the GCC.

Facts checked against Process Insights' LAR announcement and German trade press, October 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find the right part number for a LAR analyzer?
Use the spare parts list in the manual supplied with your analyzer, which is specific to the model and build. LAR part numbers follow the pattern 501-xx-xxxxxx. Some numbers were changed over time, as with the UV glass reactor, where 501-40-000106 replaces 501-04-000021. Send the old and new numbers if you have both, plus the analyzer serial number.
What is the difference between the QuickTOCuv and the QuickTOCultra?
They use different oxidation methods. The QuickTOCuv oxidizes the organic carbon with UV light and a persulfate reagent and is used mainly on cleaner water such as boiler feed water and condensate. The QuickTOCultra burns the sample at 1200 degrees C without a catalyst and is aimed at heavily loaded wastewater. Their reactors and consumables are therefore different, so spare parts are not interchangeable between the two.
Which LAR parts are replaced regularly on a UV-method TOC analyzer?
The manufacturer's maintenance schedule lists the items and intervals for each model. On UV-method units the usual wear parts are the UV emitter, peristaltic pump tubing or the pump itself, the gas drying tube and filters, and seals around the glass reactor. Follow the schedule in your manual and send us the part numbers it names.
Are LAR and Process Insights analyzers the same?
Yes. LAR Process Analysers is the original name on the type plate, and the same QuickTOC analyzer lines are offered today by Process Insights, still carrying the LAR name. Quote the serial number and part numbers from your own analyzer, and we will check them against the current manufacturer documentation.
Is Seven Star LLC a distributor of LAR Process Analysers?
No. Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier. We source LAR parts and consumables through commercial channels, check the part number against the manufacturer's documentation, and provide the manufacturer's documentation for the part with the order on request. A photo of the analyzer type plate helps.
