Brand: Lumel
Lumel N100 21100M0 3-Phase Power Network Analyzer, Ethernet
Description
The Lumel N100 21100M0 is a 144 x 144 mm panel analyzer for three-phase, 3- or 4-wire networks with a bright four-line, two-colour LED display. This ordering code has 3 x 230/400 V voltage inputs, 1 A / 5 A current inputs, three relays, one analog output, a pulse input/output, RS-485 and Ethernet with an 8 GB internal archive. It reports harmonics up to the 51st and four-quadrant energy, so it serves feeders where a larger display and recorded data are wanted.
A large-format analyzer for main feeders
Where the 96 x 96 mm meters are too small to read from a distance, the N100 gives four lines of 4 1/2 digits, 14 mm high, with backlit units and up to 20 programmable display pages. It measures phase and line voltages, phase currents, active, reactive and apparent power per phase and in total, power factor and tan phi, frequency, THD of voltage and current and the harmonics of both, plus demand values for P, S and I over 15, 30 or 60 minutes. A pulse input lets it collect the readings of an external pulse-output meter, so one N100 can also sum a remote counter.
Key features from the data sheet
- Two-colour LED display (red, green) with backlit units and 20 configurable pages.
- Four-quadrant energy measurement and storage of minimum and maximum values.
- Configurable analog and alarm outputs, and a pulse output for active energy.
- RS-485 MODBUS and 10/100Base-T Ethernet with Modbus TCP/IP, HTTP and FTP servers, DHCP client.
- Archive in an 8 GB internal file system, with a battery-supported real-time clock.

Choosing the N100 ordering code
The data sheet prints three codes. N100 11000M0 is 3 x 57.7/100 V with RS-485 only. N100 11100M0 is 3 x 57.7/100 V with Ethernet and an 8 GB memory. N100 21100M0 (this page) is 3 x 230/400 V with Ethernet and the 8 GB memory. All have 1 A / 5 A current inputs, one 0/4 to 20 mA output, three relays, one pulse input/output, an 85 to 253 V a.c. or 90 to 300 V d.c. supply, Polish and English documentation and a test certificate. A final digit of 2 (N100 21100M2) adds a paid calibration certificate. Pick 230/400 V for direct connection to a 400 V network and 57.7/100 V behind voltage transformers.
Installation and archive notes from the manual
Fit the N100 in a 138 x 138 mm opening with the four supplied screw clamps; terminals take wires up to 2.5 mm2. The pack includes an RS-485 connector. Supply, voltage inputs, current inputs, RS-485, Ethernet, pulse circuits, alarm outputs and analog outputs are galvanically separated. The manual describes the archive in the internal memory and copying it to an SD card, with its example of a 5-second archiving period filling an SD card in about three years. Keep a switch or circuit breaker near the meter, as the manual requires.
Typical uses in GCC plants
The N100 suits main low-voltage incomers, generator panels, desalination and water-pumping boards and industrial distribution panels where a PLC or SCADA reads Modbus TCP and an operator wants a large local display. The -10 to 55 degrees C rating applies to the air around the meter, so check hot enclosures.
