About Level Controllers

Types of level controller in this category
Digital displacer controllers and transmitters such as the Masoneilan 12400, 12410, 12420 and 12430 series and the Fisher DLC3100 provide HART communication and diagnostics. Pneumatic controllers like the Masoneilan 12800, 12810, 12820, 12830 and 12840 series and Fisher 2500 operate without power in remote and hazardous locations. GESTRA NRR boiler level controllers and ABB pump control relays serve boiler feedwater and pump control.
How to select a level controller
Define the displacer length, process fluid specific gravity, pressure and temperature, and whether you need proportional, proportional-reset or on/off action. Choose digital or pneumatic, the torque tube and cage material, and the mounting (cage or top/side mounted). For boilers specify the electrode and controller combination.
