The base number, 330103, identifies the 3300 XL 8 mm probe and its thread type. The option fields that follow give, in order, the unthreaded length, the overall case length, the total cable length, the connector and cable type, and the agency approval. All five fields are needed to supply the same probe, so send the number exactly as printed.
Do the probe, extension cable and Proximitor sensor have to match?
Yes. A proximity channel is calibrated as a set. The probe, extension cable and Proximitor sensor must belong to the same transducer series and add up to the same system length, commonly 5 or 9 meters.
