Brand: Ensitech
Ensitech TB-25 Heavy-Duty Weld Cleaning Fluid
Description
The strongest cleaning fluid in the TIG Brush range
Ensitech TB-25 is a heavy-duty electrolyte developed for use with TIG Brush weld cleaning machines. It cleans, polishes and passivates stainless steel welds from 300-series austenitic grades up to duplex, and Ensitech describes it as the fastest fluid in its range. It is made from analytical-grade chemicals at high concentration and is registered under the NSF Non-Food Compounds Registration Program.
TB-25 is acidic and classified as corrosive and as a dangerous good for transport, so it is used with appropriate PPE and followed by neutralisation with TB-42 neutralising fluid.

Standard operating procedure
Ensitech's application note sets out a six-step routine. Pour the fluid needed into a separate container and reseal the bottle, never returning used fluid. Saturate the brush, clean the weld as described in the TIG Brush manual without letting the brush dry out, then rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Spray TB-42 neutraliser, leave it for 5–10 seconds, rinse again and dry with a clean microfibre cloth or compressed air before storing or wrapping the part. If fluid dries on the surface, the steps are repeated; skipping the rinse or neutralising stages can leave white frosting.
Handling, environment and disposal
The ingredients are biodegradable and contain no alkyl phenol ethoxylates or palm-oil derivatives. TB-25 should not be allowed to pool on concrete, which it can damage, and must not be mixed in drains with bleach, drain cleaner or other chemicals. Small neutralised quantities can be diluted about 10:1 with water to municipal drains where local rules allow; the Safety Data Sheet and local legislation govern disposal. Where a non-dangerous fluid is preferred, other weld cleaning products include pH-neutral options.

About brand
Ensitech is an Australian manufacturer of metal surface finishing technology, established in 2006 and based in Emu Plains, New South Wales. It designs and builds the TIG Brush, an electrochemical system that removes heat tint from stainless steel welds and passivates the surface in the same step. Seven Star LLC, an independent supplier in Muscat, lists the TBE-550 weld cleaner and sources Ensitech equipment and fluids for stainless steel fabricators.
TIG Brush weld cleaning systems
The TIG Brush combines electric current, heat and a cleaning fluid applied through a conductive brush, in place of pickling paste or abrasive work on discoloured welds. The current range covers the 330, 440, 550 and 700 control units. TBE models accept 110–230 V supplies, while TBX models are built for 220–230 V only. Each unit works with interchangeable application tools such as the Slimline torch, LokWand, PROPEL torch and Flexi Handle.
Ordering Ensitech equipment: what we need
Give the control unit model and series (TBE or TBX), the application tool you plan to use, and the stainless grade and typical weld type. For consumables, list the brush type and the cleaning and neutralising fluids by name. We check the selection against Ensitech documentation and provide the manufacturer's specification sheet on request.
