Brand:

Cortem STREETEX Ex LED Street Lighting Fixtures 25-200 W

Description

LED street lighting for hazardous industrial roads and plant perimeters

The Cortem STREETEX series are LED street lighting fixtures certified for installation in Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 under Directive 2014/34/EU. They are intended for outdoor and perimeter lighting of chemical, petrochemical, onshore and offshore sites, replacing low and medium power discharge street luminaires with better visibility at night and much lower maintenance. Two body sizes with a finned aluminium alloy heat sink are offered, and the optics on the LED plate can be chosen to concentrate light in a direction or spread it evenly.

Two protection versions exist: STREETEX-ME (Ex eb mb, Zones 1, 2, 21, 22) and STREETEX-MN (Ex nR, Zones 2, 21, 22). Installation options are direct vertical pole mount, direct horizontal pole mount, or a mounting bracket with a cable gland, so the same fixture can serve a road pole or a wall or structure.

Options and what to confirm before ordering

Accessories on request include AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel brackets, DALI dimming to IEC 62386-101 and 62386-207, and poles of different diameters and lengths with a junction box at the base. FastEx connectors are also available. Dimming by 0-10 V, PWM or resistor is listed in the electrical table.

Confirm the zone (ME for Zone 1, MN for Zone 2 only), the wattage and optic type for the road width and pole height, the mounting method, supply voltage and the ambient limit for the required temperature class. For a Zone 1 floodlight rather than a street luminaire see Cortem SLED-ME.
