The measurement and control group includes the ROC809 and the expandable ROC827 Remote Operations Controllers, the ROC800L for liquid measurement and the FloBoss 107 Flow Manager. Flow metering is represented by Micro Motion ELITE CMF Coriolis sensors and the 5700 transmitter. For valves there is the DVC6200 digital valve controller, plus solenoid valves and a safety relief valve. DeltaV hardware includes the PK Controller and DeltaV SIS components. Field tools are the AMS Trex Device Communicator and the earlier 475 Field Communicator, and wireless networks use the 1410S gateway with the 781S smart antenna. The cooling items are Copeland scroll and semi-hermetic compressors, which were sold for many years under the Emerson name.

Where Emerson equipment is used

ROC and FloBoss units calculate and log gas and liquid flow at production sites and custody transfer points. Micro Motion meters measure mass flow and density in loading, blending and fiscal metering. DVC6200 controllers position control valves and report valve diagnostics, and DeltaV runs process units in refineries, chemical plants and utilities. Copeland compressors serve air conditioning and refrigeration plants.

Send the full model string and serial number from the nameplate. For ROC800 units list the I/O and communication modules fitted and the application, gas or liquid. For Coriolis meters give both the sensor and the transmitter model. For DeltaV parts quote the 12P or KJ part number, and for compressors the complete model number with voltage code.
