ICS Triplex
Trusted is the triple modular redundant (TMR) safety controller that many oil and gas facilities run for emergency shutdown and fire and gas duty. It was developed by ICS Triplex and is now part of the Rockwell Automation safety range, though modules and cabinets still carry the ICS Triplex name. Seven Star LLC supplies ICS Triplex Trusted modules and chassis parts to plants in Oman, identified by their T8xxx part numbers.

ICS Triplex Trusted parts listed here
A Trusted system is built around the T8100 controller chassis, which holds the T8110B TMR processor and its interface modules. I/O modules such as the T8403 TMR digital input module plug into controller or expander chassis and connect to the field through termination assemblies. Supporting hardware like the T8270 fan tray keeps the rack within its temperature limits. All of these follow the same T8xxx numbering.
Ordering ICS Triplex modules: what we need
Send the exact part number including any suffix letter (T8110B is not the same item as T8110), and a photo of the module label showing the build or revision and serial number. Tell us the firmware or system release your controller runs, because a spare has to be compatible with the installed system. We supply maintenance teams across the GCC, check each number against the manufacturer’s documentation and put forward the manufacturer’s replacement path when a module is no longer made.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each Trusted module has a label with the part number in T8xxx form, a suffix letter where applicable, the hardware build or revision and a serial number. The same number is shown on the front of the module. Send a photo of the label. The suffix and revision matter because they tie the module to particular system releases and firmware levels.
The Trusted architecture is designed for online module replacement using companion or SmartSlot arrangements, which is one reason it is used on continuous processes. Whether a given swap can be done live depends on how your system was configured and on the site procedure. Follow the product manual and your own safety system management rules, and confirm firmware compatibility of the spare before it goes into the rack.
Trusted is certified by TÜV for use in safety instrumented functions up to SIL 3 under IEC 61508, subject to the conditions in its safety manual. The certificate covers listed module types and revisions. If your project or auditor needs evidence, tell us the module part numbers and we will request the manufacturer's current certificate and safety manual references with the order.
They are separate safety controller platforms that share the ICS Triplex origin and are both documented by Rockwell Automation today. Trusted uses T8xxx modules in rack chassis with a triple modular redundant architecture. AADvance is a different hardware family with its own modules and bases. Modules are not interchangeable between the two, so the part number on your installed hardware tells you which family a spare must come from.
No. Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier and is not an authorized distributor of ICS Triplex or Rockwell Automation. We source Trusted modules and chassis parts through commercial channels, check part numbers and revisions against the manufacturer's documentation, and provide the available manufacturer documents with the order on request.
