Overview

Operating Principle
eXLerate operates as a station-level supervisory layer. It polls individual flow computers over Modbus, OPC, or serial links, collects volumetric and mass totals, densities, temperatures, and pressures from each meter run, and applies the applicable calculation standards – API MPMS, ISO 5167, AGA, or OIML – to produce a single reconciled custody transfer record for the station.
Every value that flows through the system is timestamped, checksum-protected, and logged to a tamper-evident historian, so that the resulting ticket or report can be defended in a fiscal audit or contractual dispute months after the transfer took place.
