The Ranger Pro uses a piezoelectric ceramic sensing element to measure vibration, available in single-axis or tri-axial configurations depending on the level of diagnostic detail required for a given machine. The Z-axis frequency response covers 5 Hz to 10 kHz (±3dB), while the X and Y axes on tri-axial units cover 5 Hz to 4 kHz (±3dB), with a ±20g peak amplitude range and ±5% measurement accuracy suitable for reliable trend monitoring on rotating equipment.
