Measurement and Operating Principle

The 3500 System’s modular rack architecture accepts a range of purpose-built monitor modules: the 3500/40M Proximitor Monitor is a four-channel module that accepts input from vibration and position proximity transducers, the 3500/65 module provides 16 channels of temperature monitoring accepting both RTD and isolated-tip thermocouple inputs, and the 3500/25 Keyphasor Module provides precise phase reference timing from proximity probes or magnetic pickups for once-per-turn or multiple-event-per-turn signals essential to vibration analysis.
